You can change the SA whitelist score:

  score USER_IN_WHITELIST -5

or, if your partner domains are involved as senders, persuade them
to sign their mail with DKIM (which became more accessible to the
Postfix world with the support for milters with Postfix 2.3),
then you can whitelist them safely:

  whitelist_from_dkim [EMAIL PROTECTED]
