I think Gary's correct you may want to look at this page and see if  
you can get that traffic getting to SpamAssassin down.

The 'smtpd_helo_restrictions' are particularly effective but I would  
use the 'reject_unknown_hostname' with caution. Try it with the  
'warn_if_reject' setting to see how much legitimate mail, if any, it  
might block.
