Agreed, but you are talking about the sa-learn and spamassassin
commands and how they affect the Bayes database. This is not influenced
by amavisd-new.

I would speculate it's to correct mistakes you made in reporting.

No, Bayes never learned it before. Spamcop refused to accept it because
the message is old (it's a test message I've had around for a while).
