But it is only a reminder. Not a list of quarantined messages, on which 
a user could click etc... But it is nice it is there,

I noticed that the amavis setting :
$sa_quarantine_cutoff_level = 20;  # spam level beyond which quarantine 
is off

Does not work with the amavisd-maia shipped with maia.

Can I modify something that it should work ?
