Looking at the server that works.. I'm seeing what you're talking about. The non-working server has some differences in the logging output. #1 There are no header: X-Spam-* anywhere in the logs. If I set spam_final_destiny with D_PASS and receive the spam mail, it has all the appropriate X-Spam headers in there. Not sure if this is something.. but might be a clue #2 I don't get header: X-Quarantine-ID: #3 I don't receive any DO_QUARANTINE messages and finally, #4 I do not receive the 'SEND via BSMTP' message The non X-Spam headers is weird.. those should be working fine and as I mentioned, they do when I 'D_PASS'. Here is snippet relating to X-Spam $remove_existing_spam_headers = 1; ( i tried setting this to 0 with same result) $sa_spam_subject_tag = '***SPAM*** ' $sa_spam_level_char = '*'; $sa_spam_report_header = 1; $first_infected_stops_scan = 1; Could the spam headers be the reason? Could there be something wrong with the BSMTP module? What exactly triggers DO_QUARANTINE? method and quarantine directory definition.. or something else?
