Yes, I believe it will. One of the key changes there was to use a new 'insheader' attribute to AM.PDP, which will explicitly require newly inserted header fields to be prepended (not appended) to the header. Btw, even appending header fields does not break signature if the signer included a list of signed header fields in his signature. This is requested by option -H on both milters, and is a good practice anyway, making mail more robust to changes by remote MTAs/MUAs over which we have no control.
