I've built my own web-gui for amavis. I store the config in sql as
does maia mailguard. It's not difficult if you know how to program and
have a decent templating-library for html, just time-consuming. I'll
announce the gui here as soon as it has a web-presence. It is designed
for a multi-domain setup with no local readers, users or quarantine
however, and thus might not be what you're looking for.
