Bear in mind that this just timestamps whatever SA (or any other program) 
chooses to log, it doesn't give timing breakdown down to individual rules, 
RBL queries or such. Also there may be hidden (not logged) SA activities 
interspersed. Just use this quick method as a rough guide where in SA
is it worth spending further troubleshooting or optimizing efforts.
