Thanks for your quick reply Mark! Just checked the logs and it seems to be Postfix (see log below). It arrives with a size of 817019 and later in the log (before it is handed over to Amavis) is has a size of 7298...! I looks that my disclaimer script is screwing the mail. What puzzles me also that there are the two different sizes in the postfix queue's (7298 and 7776). I know it's not amavis by now but do you have any other tips / suggestions? Thanks again! Gr.
