Sorry my fault, its not the amavis port its the "amavis-reinjection port 
into postfix"
postfix check, then:
any hints in /var/log/mail.err?
postconf -n?
/etc/postfix/master.cf (the lines with amavis-transport?)
show the $forward_method in /etc/amavis/amavisd.conf?
