DomainKeys, DKIM, SPF, and Sender-ID are not intended as 
anti-spam tools.  Rather they are message validation tools 
that attempt to insure the reported sender is the actual 
sender.

Presence of any of these features does not say anything 
about wether or not the message is spam.

However, these features do improve the safety and accuracy 
of whitelists and blacklists as you can be sure the 
reported sender is the actual sender.
