But I still don't understand how I have to do to increase the resource limits on amavis-milter process.. Another think that I think that is related is that in $TEMPDIR often the temporary dir containing the message to be scanned, was not deleted after messages is scanned. Yesterday is happened that I reach the limit of 32000 files in that dir, and amavis-milter returns to me the error messages below (Too many open files). Why this happens (Expecially when there is an heavy traffic)? Can be a possible cause due to the restart of amavisd/amavis-milter that force stop (kill) of both processes, so leaving temporary files in $TEMPDIR and it is never cleared? Nevertheless, it would be interesting to know when that directory was created in the first place (probably in some previous milter session), and what happened to that session.
