Right. Or just bypass* 'Y', and *_lovers at 'N',
which could let unpaying customers benefit from
alreay known check results made on behalf of
other recipients (cached, or in multi-recipient mail).

There are some example entries in README.sql
at 'INSERT INTO policy'.
