Gary's solutions have been good ones.

Another mechanism to do what you need is to mime-encode the report and send
via mini_sendmail to port 10025.  This will bypass your content filter.
This is a very quick and effective mechanism that does not require
additional setup of postfix/amavis.  If you're interested, I'll send you the
mime-encoding script and source to mini_sendmail.
