Mail is being checked against DUL lists (which should not be in this case) 
because SA is not aware that it was submitted by authenticated user (or
from internal networks).

Other options are using policy banks and other suggestions as given.

My preferred choice is to setup a separate mailer IP address (same or
separate host) dedicated for mail submission, separating MSA from MX.
