You can refrain from inserting those headers, as described by Mark and
Noel.  If you're using Postfix, and you want to delete those and other
headers, you can also delete any chosen headers when you reinject into
Postfix, using a header match PCRE or regex map with a right-hand-side
value of IGNORE.
