You very much need to get rid of (never ever use):
/etc/mail/spamassassin/sa-blacklist.current.cf
/etc/mail/spamassassin/sa-blacklist.current.uri.cf

Mark wanted you to start up amavisd-new in debug mode and leave it
there. Then send a message through and show us what happens after this
part:

> Mail::SpamAssassin

If you get rid of those two rule sets it's possible you will be Ok.
