amavisd-new calls SA perl modules to do spam tag.

SA also include spamc/spamd pair to do spam tag, spamassassin is a command 
line program to call SA modules to test spam. sa-update is SA rules update 
program, sa-learn is SA bayes database learning tool

IIRC, Amavisd-new ignores SA local setting file local.cf. spamc/spamd, 
spamassassin don't ignore SA local setting.
