Those scores are from:

/usr/local/share/spamassassin/50_scores.cf:
   score BAYES_00 0.0001 0.0001 -2.312 -2.599

You can change the scores to your liking in your own

  /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf

file and restart amavis for changes to occur.  The above presumes default
paths; your may be in a different location.
