Logging my amavisd directly to a log file is to be avoided,
with NFS doubly so. It is available mostly for compatibility
with ancient versions, and has a number of limitations
(like awkward log rotation) and inefficiencies (locking).
Please use syslog, it is the proper tool designed just for the purpose.
