The closes thing is the 'custom hooks' feature in 2.5.0-pre3, see its 
RELEASE_NOTES and file amavisd-custom.conf for example code. It contains
all necessary ingredients to make a vacation responder, but is not a full 
solution.

Most of this won't be needed and the required information is already made
available by amavisd, correctly and carefully parsed, and necessary action 
routines for sending a notification are available too. Make sure to send 
vacation notifications ALWAYS with a null return path (unlike the quoted
program does) to avoid loops between vacations programs.
