The problem it is that the dir tmp enlarged because clamav was not available.
I'm determining why. The emails remained in the queue of postfix and periodically was flush. Amavisd did not remove the files temporary, I found the mark "PRESERVING EVIDENCE" in the logs. By start again the emails and not remove the temporary dirs, the limits of 32000 files in a dir was reached. Does this seem to you credible? Thank you.
