Was hoping to do something with SQL whitelisting, and maybe with amavisd-new 2.5x I can find and use the user hooks to do it. The ability for a user, via a user interface to add an email address compels me to try to do it this way, and with the multitude of VERP and SPF forwarding type emails being sent now I might have to do this. (and its going to be a requirement for ICSA labs anti-spam certification) The trustwortyness of the envelope header, vs the From or Sender line has diminished, its just as easy for a spammer to forge one as the other. I will let you know of my progress. -- Michael Scheidell, CTO SECNAP Network Security 561-999-5000 x 1131 Visit us at SecureWorld Atlanta, May 1-2. http://www.secnap.com/events for free or discounted event tickets _________________________________________________________________________ This email has been scanned and certified safe by SpammerTrap(tm).
