Cross-posting questions with no evidence shown.  Bad.

The hostnames you show above do not exist and are not supposed to 
exist.  I don't expect any of these servers to respond to pings 
either.  To test an RBL, use the published test address.  For most 
RBLs this is 127.0.0.2.  For example:

# dig 2.0.0.127.list.dsbl.org.
# dig 2.0.0.127.zen.spamhaus.org.

This should also show the current list of name servers for the list, 
which may change frequently.

Don't hard-code addresses for RBLs, they change frequently.  If your 
ISPs DNS servers don't work well for you, run your own.
