Thanks, that is a very useful problem report, especially
since the problem is repeatable from a command line.

I'm sure SA folks would be very interested if you'd open
a bug report on http://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/

Any special rulesets? A bisection through rulesets
(especially the SARE sules) may pinpoint the offending rule.

Are you also using the new Plugin::Rule2XSBody and sa-compile?
If yes, there were some issues with re2c compiler, fixed by
its latest version if I remember correctly.
