Which version of amavisd-new is that?

Ok, the  @local_domains_maps=(1)  is fine for testing,
but once you resolve problems be sure to use a lookup list
of domains reflecting your setup.

SpamAssassin was not called.

With amavisd log leveles higher than 0 we may be able to tell more.
