So, the user/admin can decide. The admin/user has 4 options: 1. Don't scan for virus messages. 2. Scan, and discard if found a virus 3. Scan, and place in quarantine 4. Scan, and place in quarantine and send me a notification. admin settings can only be override by the user if the admin enables the override function for the setting! And some messages are false-positives, for example if you are subscribed to the bugtraq mail list. Some code/content posted in plain text is marked as virus. I personally still want to be able to receive those messages. And for local networks. This setup doesn't have any local network with clients. It's only for scan and filter message before the message will go to his final mail server for user delivery.
