It is considered spam because that score is over your $sa_kill_level_default. It is scoring high because you are sending from a dynamic address. You have: $final_spam_destiny = D_BOUNCE; which means your spam will get bounced back to you. If you check the X-Spam headers of the message in the quarantine you will see what SA rules hit. Since you are using SASL auth, there are ways to get past this problem.
