My head is messed up. You can simply create a SpamAssassin rule and
place it it local.cf. The simplest (but needs improvement)::

header MONSTER_SUBJECT Subject =~ /Corporate Controller  Monster Resume/
score MONSTER_SUBJECT -6.0

more complex (but needs improvement):

header __MONSTER_A  Received =~ /.*tmpw.net.*/
header __MONSTER_B Subject =~ /Corporate Controller  Monster Resume/
meta MONSTER_C  (__MONSTER_A && __MONSTER_B)
score  MONSTER_C -6.0


Always lint your rules:
spamassassin --lint
