Sourcefire has been very loyal to the GPL community, and very reasonable
with their updates and enhancements.

I don't think we have to worry about ClamAv becoming a subscription item
anytime soon, and if it does, they might do a split offering:
'normal' community signatures free.
'Certified' signatures might cost something down the road.

As for amavisd-new, I really think sourcefire wanted clamav for their
signature abilities for IDS/IPS, not for their relationship to email
anti-spam (but I have been wrong before)
