#1, that rate limit thing is a POSTFIX rate limit thing, not amavisd.has nothing to do with hosts/deny files, and if postfix is already doing the ratelimiting, why not just leave it alone?, or ask in the postfix email list. #2, amavisd won't do rate limiting,
