'send notifications' to who? The sender?
If so, you will get blacklisted for backscatter (and you would deserve
to get blacklisted), sending notifications to thousands of innocent
forgery victims. 

To the user? a user gets 30,000 spams today and you want to send him
30,000 emails?

Either case, look at the examples in amavisd.conf-examples.

Final destination 'bounce' if you want to spam victims and get
blacklisted, admin emails if you want to spam your users.
