Here is my problem: I have an entry which produces an infinitely running
amavisd process. The reason why is not clear up to now. The problem
disappears when setting "$bypass_decode_parts = 1;", therefore I think
that the problem is probably related to spamassassin. I will have to
examine the matter further. While the first amavisd process hangs,
another one is started later, for the same message. This process will
hang too. Later, another process will be started again with the same
message. And so on....

How can I avoid that new amavisd processes be started when there is
still a process running for this message ? Of course, there should be a
timeout avoiding such hanging.

amavisd-new-2.5.2
SpamAssassin version 3.2.3 running on Perl version 5.8.8

Thanks a lot !

Claude
