Yes, through @virus_lovers_maps and $defang_virus=1.

It would require modifying the code - the notifications generator
can not currently add original mail body to a notification.
It is not an entirely trivial change, the body is only kept on file
and would need to be accessed, repositioned, wrapped as an attachment, 
possibly truncated, all this while avoiding reading it entirely
into memory to be able to deal with large mail.

Since the administrator usually has access to a quarantine,
it was never a priority to develop such functionality.
