For hard black/white listing, take a look at:

   ENVELOPE SENDER WHITELISTING / BLACKLISTING - PER-RECIPIENT

in the amavisd.conf-sample file.

Alternatively, you can use per-recipient soft white/black listing:

@score_sender_maps = ({

# a by-recipient hash lookup table,
# results from all matching recipient tables are summed

## per-recipient tables (NOTE: positive: black, negative: white)

   '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'  => [{'[EMAIL PROTECTED]' => 10.0}],
});
