LOTS of email comes in with double headers (dosn't email from amabvisd-users
list have double Froms a lot?)
Double headers isn't such a big deal (not a spam sign, not exploitable, so,
in amavisd.conf, do this and restart amavisd
$allowed_header_tests{'multiple'} = 0;
