I upgraded only the BDB Perl Modul not the libdb.

Yes, it did. And I installed the new amavisd version after I realised the
errors.
I have four equal configured servers and on one of them I upgraded a couple of
Perl modules. And only that server showed the errors. That's why I thought it
may be related to the BDB Perl Modul upgrade.
