Please consider this patch which slighly changes that way amavisd-new saves
files to the quarantine. With the current behaviour it is quite hard for a
third party program to determine if amavis is still writing to a file in the
quarantine directory or if it has closed it and is finished writing. This
patch makes amavis write to a temporary file in the quarantine directory
which is then atomically renamed to the correct file. (This does not happen
when appending to an existing file.) A program could then just check if a
the file ends with .tmp and if so not process it.

Regards,

Oskar
