still one problem, the headers from pypolicyd-spf can be forged

what if the header was there before you add your own ?

i suggest not using spf that way, set pypolicyd-spf to not add hedder, and let
spamassing plugin spf not use that header either, but let it do its own check
with either Mail::SPF or Mail::SPF::Query
