change the settings in @virus_name_to_spam_score_maps in amavisd.conf
I prefer to treat malware as virus not as spam. I'm using
[ qr'^(Email|Html)\.Malware\.Sanesecurity\.' => undef ],
instead of
[ qr'^(Email|Html)\.Malware\.Sanesecurity\.' => 0.1 ],
