Hello, I have installed amavis with clamav and postfix on debian etch.
Clamd is working - ps aux | grep clamd shows clamav 3961 0.1 7.7 97116 76760 ? Ss 11:31 0:10 clamd The /var/run/clamav/clamd.ctl ist there too. If I send a infected message for example the eicar-test-virus to the mailrelay - the virus is filtered and quarantined. But the mail.log shows: Jun 20 13:41:03 server amavis[10738]: (10738-07) (!!) ask_av (ClamAV-clamd) FAILED - unexpected result: /var/lib/amavis/tmp/amavis-20080620T132641-10738/parts: lstat() failed. ERROR\n Jun 20 13:41:03 ks360112 amavis[10738]: (10738-07) (!!) WARN: all primary virus scanners failed, considering backups What is wrong?
