My vote would be some other. I've installed 2.6.0 using the Ubuntu version of the 2.6.0 package (the differences are minor and nothing related to this). FYI, 2.6.1 was uploaded to Sid just before the freeze for Lenny, so it should make it in for Lenny if there are no problems that come up.
