Not enough information. Post the full email headers and logs (not in mailing
list). And put a link to it.

Could be the email was larger than amavisd-new max limit, amavisd-new could
have timed out.  If you use sql based policies, sql could timeout.  Lots of
reasons, you could have whitelisted (or your user) the user, email address
or domain.

Without more information, guess would be the email was larger than
amavisd-new processing max setting.

Set amavisd-new logging value to 4 or 5 and see more logging information if
you still can't find it.
