I use 2.6.1; just sent a SPAMMY test email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] as well as [EMAIL PROTECTED] The former was sent without an address extension while "+spam" was added to the local part of the latter. This is consistent with what mouss said and the following comment in the code: # If decided to pass viruses (or spam) to certain recipients using # %lovers_maps_by_ccat, or by %final_destiny_by_ccat resulting in D_PASS, # one may set the corresponding %addr_extension_maps_by_ccat to some string, # and the recipient address will have this string appended as an address # extension to a local-part (mailbox part) of the address. This extension # can be used by a final local delivery agent for example to place such mail # in different folder. Leaving these variable undefined or empty string # prevents appending address extension.
