Looks like its not really fixed.  Emails from thunderbird client or
entrourage on an apple mac though amavisd  work fine.  Emails from outlook
on windows xp fails.

Guess I'll try amavisd new 2.6.2 RC, and/or a wrapper that strips off the
\r\n
