I just meant to adjust the list of IP addresses or networks
in smtpd_client_event_limit_exceptions according to your needs.

If amavisd is running on the same host you'd want to exclude
an IP address of a loopback interface (hence my: 127.0.0.0/8,[::1]),
or if it is running on a separate host specify its IP address there.
Similarly, if you have other mail submission mailers (like
department mailers, MSA for remote users, webmail), then you'd
probably want to exclude these too from anvil rate limiting.
