Yes, these are the essential fixed as far as I can tell, thanks for collecting 
them! Perhaps the perl 5.8.9 taint bug workaround is missing, but so far
nobody reported to have got into trouble - except me:

I have a couple of nonpublished minor fixes still, but they can wait
for the 2.6.3.

The idea was good, but in the long run it turned out it just caused
complications for ports/package managers, so I'll try to avoid such
approach, and try to release minor versions more frequently.
