not so well for maillist domains, but for general use its okay as i see it

in spamassassin there is a envelope_sender setting to configure what header 
postfix use as the envelope sender, point is that i
like to see From: as last resort if Return-Path: is not found

i will now try to make it solved into a policy bank so mailman can use this 
bank and have dkim doing it correct this way
