No, but if you are managing the domain iwayafrica.com, you can add a TXT reccord for foo._domainkey, you don't have to create a subdomain _domainkey and the TXT reccord foo in that subdomain. For example, in my Bind zone file for cs.ait.ac.th, I have: selector1._domainkey IN TXT "v=DKIM1; p=MIGf..."
