OK. I now installed the current dspam packages from
   http://packages.kirya.net/packages.php?dist=lenny

and when I run dspam --version I get:

  dspam --version (see below).

What next? Currently my dspam mysql-tables exist but they are
empty, and when running in debug mode i got the former error.
